Why a jar (and why 120ml)

Built with real ingredients
We use cassava root flour and plantain fufu as the base — traditional root and fruit carbohydrate sources used across endurance cultures for sustained energy and recovery.
We combine this with:
- Dates → natural carbohydrate energy for steady fuel
- Nuts & seeds → satiety, healthy fats, and texture
- Tahini → minerals and smooth energy balance
- Cacao → natural polyphenols and flavour depth
- Baobab → vitamin C + fibre for digestion and nutrient support
- Moringa → micronutrient density including iron support
- Beetroot → naturally occurring nitrates that support blood flow and endurance
- Apple cider vinegar → digestion support and flavour balance
- Natural minerals including magnesium, potassium, zinc, and manganese to support energy metabolism, muscle function, and recovery
