Shipping policy

We currently ship within the UK only.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 weeks. If there are any delays or updates with your order, we’ll always keep you informed by email.

Once dispatched, delivery is handled by Royal Mail and typically takes:

Royal Mail 24 / Tracked 24: approximately 1–2 working days

Once your parcel has been handed over to Royal Mail, it is unfortunately outside of our direct control. However, if any issues arise with your delivery, please contact us and we’ll always do our best to help resolve the problem.
