At RED-Scue, we want getting your fuel to be as straightforward as possible.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Processing and dispatch times

Our standard orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 weeks.

If you select and purchase our Special Delivery option, your order is usually dispatched within 1–2 days.

These are estimated dispatch timeframes, not guaranteed delivery dates. If there are any delays or updates affecting your order, we’ll keep you informed by email.

Delivery with Royal Mail

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by Royal Mail. Estimated delivery times are:

• Royal Mail 24 / Tracked 24: approximately 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, busy periods or circumstances outside our control.

Need help with your delivery?

Once your parcel has been handed over to Royal Mail, the delivery process is managed by the carrier. However, if your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please contact us at redscue.bar@gmail.com and we’ll always do our best to help resolve the problem.

Please note that your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. We remain responsible for ensuring your order is delivered in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
