Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

 
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries which are dispatched at the start of each week. Our subscription price includes free delivery with minimum requirement of 3 deliveries. These are based on the weekly and monthly subscription frequency that we provide. 

If you wish to skip a week, you can do so via your subscription account. However, a subscription requires a minimum of 3 purchases across a timeline of 3 months. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. 

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so after the first 3 orders are complete. You can do this via your account on our website, or email redscue.bar@gmail.com or our Contact page and we will help wherever we can!
